Keeps calling no message

I get multiple calls from the 920-543 area code and prefix daily. I have an automatic screening message on my phone that asks who is calling and what it is about prior to my picking up. Every time a call comes from this area code/prefix, the call disconnects. Only the last 4 digits c****e after that.

wants to know about my house ownership. She would not tell me her last name or what company she worked for. Heavy Indian accent. I cut her off.

This number is a scammer. Called an older person as a major credit card company and got the older person to give banking information. Scammer got into older person bank account and tried to transfer money. Also tried to set themself up on the account.
