LicencedREALTOR They pretend to want to buy houses with "unique financing", but it is actually a scam that results in relinquishment of property with prior owner remaining liable for property they no longer have physical possession of. There are attempting to provide real estate and lending services despite NOT being licensed as required by state law in real estate or lending. They admitted to using a robodialer that scrubs contacts for every listed property in various databases. Since or front desk is listed as most of the property contact numbers, the same person is connected to us over and over a***n tying up our phone lines. If they were manually dialing, they would not make that mistake. We have asked them to stop calling our company, but they persist.
