United This seemed like a fishing scam - had very little info and acted quite aggressively w/me on the phone. Pitney Bowes may not be the most high tech company, but I can't imagine their months late follow-up service would be anything as terrible as this phone call. I told him directly he sounded like a scammer and he thanked me & ***g up.
