Cellcom is my service provider.  Tonight, while holding for a trouble*****ing technician to answer, it gave us the option to press 1, which we did and the automated voice said, "if you want to be called back at 920-822-9960...or enter your 10 digit phone number... so yes, I think it has so****ing to do with Cellcom.

i also received multipule calls from this number 920-822-9960 the calls came into my workplace 10 times in a row no answer on the other end.

I called my bank & was informed that the caller ID that they showed was 920-822-9960. I have US cellular cell service, but I know that I am connected through a Cellcom tower. And from being a past employee of Cellcom, I know that they use the 920-822- **** for the landline service in their area. Cellcom must be sending the incorrect caller ID when people are making calls when connected through their system. The 920-822-9960 must be a default in the Cellcom sytem. Cellcom is operated under the family name of " Nsight Telservices ". Hope this helps.
