Said he was calling about a wellness check through my insurance but when I asked why they were doing that all of a sudden, he said “for the third time…” and explained it a little and then said “what’s wrong with you? Why don’t you understand?” Sorry for not giving out my medical information to a stranger.

Automated message stating that there was a $700 charge from Dayton, Ohio and to call to dispute this.
