Anonymous They called me back, never gave me their name, asked for the name, mailing address, first six and last 4 digits of the card number used. It was a subscription service, with details buried in the fine print for buying a $7.95 lighter. They cancelled the account immediately to stop any future charges, but said I was liable for the past charges.

How can a person have a phone number without a name? Possible coming from a call center or marketing?

Quick Brown Fox Another unwanted call from this Lafayette number arrived today, less than 1 week after its last unwanted call on Feb. 9. When the answering ma****e picked up, there was dead silence -- a sure sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. Predators like these are why you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MA****E TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS!

He is a Spanish guy out of Florida. He told my wife that he had a contract on my life and for ten thou he would cancel the hit. She of course didnt pay it and I'm still alive. It's a ****** scam but google it, ****** people pay it!!! Plus my wife is too cheap to pay it. She told the guy to go ahead and do it, and added if successful she would send him a check for two ***dred bucks. Now that's love!
