Making threats

Telemarketer

I received a message at work stating that I needed to call immediately or I would be subpeoned at work.  I called the number back and attempted to communicate with a man with a very difficult to understand Indian accent.  He told me that I was under su****ion of money laundering and that my employer had been contacted about these charges.  He had personal banking information and references names I had used for a payday loan in the past.  He would not tell me when this loan was taken out, or the name of the bank that issued it.  He continued to threaten me and wished me "good luck" if I didn't do what he said.
