Calls, but doesn't leave a message & I don't know anyone from this area.

Called from a local CA number but left no message. These scammers are getting smart by using local numbers in areas they plan to target.

i got a txt from [email protected] harris bank limit call 925-891-9033 its a sham there is no harris bank where i live i dont have acc wit dem please dont fall for des people trick dey tryin 2 get wat we have i dnt have alot but wat i do got it for my family its gettin close 2 da holidays so people r on da ***t

daily calls to my cell anyone know who this is.
