He sounds like he is Asian & possibility a scammer

This number uses Craigslist to scam people out of their money.

928-433-4199 tried to tell me my account has been suspended.

Anon This number is a scam! They ask if you're you, then record you saying "yes" so they can use it to purchase things and then bill you for those purchases. If this number calls, DO NOT ANSWER! And block the number!

Paul Called my cell phone, don't know anyone from this AC so I rejected the call. Looked it up on here and I don't know anyone from Scottsdale AZ. Pretty sure it is a spammer, especially since I see 5 searches have been made. I added the number to my phone's Reject List.
