Highly insistent, actually sounded like a *** predator. Most possible a harasser/scammer from New York - foreigner, possibly a Dominican trying to pass of as a Spaniard or Colombian; also tried WhatsApp.

This is disturbing. Probably collection. Keeps ringing all the time. Rude, rude, rude. And this is medical billing.
