This is a dating scammer who is well know and uses many alias's. Known by Kelvin Smith Lopez, and other first names including Steve, ***ndon, Frank. Claims to be a US soldier in the UN task force in Aleppo, Syria. I was smart to not send him money after being suspition by knowing military protocal and knew he did not need money for anything he was requesting. He is listed on public records along with pictures. Also reports on web site that HE HAS NO SOUL!! PLEASE BEWARE!
