Caller states "Spectrum 50% discount on your monthly bill"... but don't call this number back (931-648-8193) located in Clarksville TN,...but call this 866 area code number (866-785-1204) Why would Spectrum call me from a non 1-866 number and tell me to call a 1-866 number...?
