Got constant calls from this number. Blocked. When messages were left just heard people background noise

I received 2 calls from this number saying that they were from the IRS and were going to file a lawsuit a***nst me . Caller did not even say who she was calling and several people live at my address.

DMM I have had these calls numerous times and today a message worded the same @ a final call from IRS suing me, I wonder how dumb do these people believe we may be to follow through with this foolishness!
