It was a missed call. I was on the phone with my credit card company at the time, for a transaction I was declined with Synchrony. Number may be legit. No message was left though. But I would advise if they ask personal info, to just find your credit card service number and call directly.

Crocked Calls, never leaves message. Harassment as far as I'm concerned. Too bad one has to pony up to find out who these freaks are. Their name, address, and phone should be posted free as a public service. Maybe then these vermin will get the message.

Please Block my Phone Number to this out of state Number.  I took care of this bill.  I called the 800 Number for J. C. Penney.  It is very annoying to get calls late at night or really early in the morning from this number.  I made payment arrangements with J C Penney Credit Services.  Please, please stop calling me.
