Just a run of the mill Craigslist scam. Posts prices that are too good to be true and suggests that since he's not local you should drive by the house to check it out. Also gave the name & Kenney Baker.

this phone number posted an add for daly city for a studio apartment for $800 (average price right now is probably closer to $2000 a month). Said his name was Joel Parker and did the ohio story. My son almost fell for it , but i told him there were too many red reds. I googled the phone number and this site and another site came up.

Tries to scam individuals through rental properties. Says he lives in Ohio, and also goes under the name Philip King. He might also include another individual's name (Dajerykah) to build credibility.
