Spam call recording wanting to save me money on my light bill

multiple calls from them, only rings once. finally called them back and they put me on hold... I ***g up after a minute or 2.

phone # 503-1303 and this # same company both owned by same company.

call 3-4 times a day but never leave a message.

Some kind of "Prize" entry?! No info provided by the number when I called it back.

Call came from Decator, TX  to Kansas at 19:34 hours CDT on 9-6-10. Call not answered and no message left. Unknown owner.

Calls several times a day and does not leave a message.

These calls keep coming.  I am on a Do Not Call list yet this number calls.  Today I called it and got a message saying the number is not good.  How can we get them to stop calling?
