Annoyed Fax call every single day

I get numerous calling and ****ing up calls in my office with several from the 940 area code. This is one of those numbers. They call our office and hold for a few seconds after we answer, never speak then **** up. This is an aggravating situation. Why isn't the government doing so****ing to stop this form of harrassment?

Last call was May 25 at 7:22PM. I did not answer and no message was left. They are calling me on a "Do Not Call" registered number. I suspect these companies get the registry in digital format from the Gov and just upload to their robocall ma****es. If we complain they simply promise to "remove us from their list" Another good example of how our Big Gov helps the little guy.

Call when answered heard tone, then recorded voice "That is not a valid entry."  Followed by immediate disconnect.

Receive approx 15 calls/week from 9405916839 and 9405668757. In both cases, someone's trying to send an unsolicited fax to a TOLL FREE number, routed to a cell phone! So I'm paying for both calls (toll free & forwarded).Note: the number they're calling is not and has never been connected to a fax ma****e. I'm investigating the possibility of just blocking ALL calls from the 940 area code.There's a special place in***** for these telemarketers.

Two tones and then data noise.

This fax keeps calling my business line, 3 or 4 times a week.  Can we make it stop?

This call came in today and the ID says it was from SMTMCO.NET. After my phone message, it sounds like it's trying to send me a FAX.

Our company handles the call volume for ***dreds of rental properties. These calls come in almost daily. They are mostly faxes. They are ****ing our sales numbers because every call counts as a lead. I have a huge amount of #s that we get calls from. I would like to see some accountability and responsiblity from someone for this abuse.

Get calls from this number and numerous other numbers in 940 & 817 area code from Denton, Tx. These numbers have been disrupting our business in Seattle, Wyomissing Pa, and our main office in Memphis. Calls come in on our local and 800 lines - never a person just loud beep. Does not seem to be fax or modem line just an annoying pitch that appears to try and go to our voice mail system. I am not getting any results or help from FTC or BBB in Denton and my ***ch is they are hackers trying to break into our voice mail system. I had over 600 of these calls in December of 08 alone for our Memphis office. I need help to identify and prosecute the individual(s) involved in this more than annoying scam.

This is one of very many automated fax calls originating from Texas. My home, business and cell phones ring at the same time.
