This was an unsolicited call from some “agent” saying that I was eligible for refund from Duke Energy which I do not have

Got this call twice within 5 minutes.  1st call: when I answered Immediately a man's voice says"*****o ?*****o? Sh*t , I think so****ing's wrong with my phone."  Then **** up.  This call was clear and I had norporblem hearing him. No static no background noise.  2nd call:  Within minutes my phone rings a***n, same number same guy, when I say*****o?  A bit fainter, kinda like in the background, I hear him "*****o,*****o" Click.The *** AC is in the Sarasota, FL area.  When I call this number an automated response tells me "sorry, the number you have called is not in service".............
