I agree with CW. File complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. (DoNotCall.com) ...Put your number in the registry. It is really easy. I don't respond to spam email (lets spammer know they have a live address) so I don't respond to spam texts either. You should not have to reply to a spam text to "opt-out". You never opted in!
