These F###s have been spamming me for several months. i've talked to three people at their office, the club management and other people****ociated with them to try and remove my contact.They've cost me over $210 to my phone bill and I'm considering filing suit, but I don't want to waste my time in court when it'll cost me 3x's that to take two days off to deal with it. CS got a spam text from this number directing me to a website for cash advances.

This is a SPAM number. I received cell phone spam message from this number with a website listed for payday advances. 3/25/2011

Just got a response from FCC in mail (USPS). Basically says SMS texts from this number do not qualify as violations to any communications acts.From what I can gather the reason is the text includes the domain from which it's being sent.

WTF sent me a text about payday advance.

John I agree with CW. File complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. (DoNotCall.com) ...Put your number in the registry. It is really easy. I don't respond to spam email (lets spammer know they have a live address) so I don't respond to spam texts either. You should not have to reply to a spam text to "opt-out". You never opted in!

Just keep getting calls from this number but no one is ever there when I answer.

Got a call from call center informing me I won a prize. I called back and asked to be removed from their "mailing list". Women responds " Your brilliant, I promise we wont mail you anything a***n but I will call you a***n tomorrow! And ****s up on me.  ***** you! I nicely asked to be taken off your list and your response is now in hindsite understandable considering you are probably an uneducated single mother with a a half case of **** at home  three cats  and a car up on blocks next to your mobile home.
