Leave a CommentI got a call from 949-256-9110 California with a recorded message telling me that she had tried to call me many times (not true!) and that this was my last chance to get my interest rates reduced on my credit card. I was to press 1 for an agent. I just listened quietly, and then, there was the disconnect click. I am recording my frustrations here. I have typed in many comments over the last two years, and the calls keep coming. So, what good does this message do? Now we really don't need help from California, especially not this kind of help; we have our own help in Ca***a, so could these folk please call people in California and leave us alone?

"made several attempts to contact you" --- which is a lie!"lower your credit-card interest rate" -- but they could not tell me which bank issued my current credit-card.
what i want to know, is why can't this telemarketing/scam/fraud be shut down? these are obviously fraudulent calls to extract personal information to steal from people. It's a criminal set-up for pete's sake! shut the ****s down and put the ******s in the slammer! That would be a lot better than what I'd like to do them!
Called me and said they were "Client Services" and wanted to give me a lower interest rate on my credit card, so I went along with there game, and then phoned my credit card company 5 min. later and they said someone tried using my card. Cancelled my card and they issued me another.
Answered my phone and pressed 1 to get through as suggested on voice message re "last chance for courtesy call or raising my credit interest. Once operator at this number pick up, I kindly asked them who was calling and said I didn't know who this was. Operator at 949-256-9110 said "well I don't know who the F@#$ you are either". This is rediculous and when you call back, all you get is a recording to press 1 to get removed from their caller list. Who are these people????

Stop calling my **** phone!! They need to drop the telemarketing business...its irritating for customers especially on cell phones!
Just received a call on my cellphone from this number, accidentally picked it up... there was no one on the other end of the line.
