This company called several times and appeared to know a credit card number so I don't know if they were fishing because after one of them confirmed they had my mailing address she handed the phone over to her apparent supervisor both of them could barely speak english. When I asked to have the supervisor's contact information and social security # he asked why? I told him then I would could do a background check to make sure it is not a scam. He then mumbled so****ing about it being a scam and he quickly ***g up.
This automated caller calls at all hours of the day and night.Extremely annoying!
I got a call from 949-256-9110 California with a recorded message telling me that she had tried to call me many times (not true!) and that this was my last chance to get my interest rates reduced on my credit card. I was to press 1 for an agent. I just listened quietly, and then, there was the disconnect click. I am recording my frustrations here. I have typed in many comments over the last two years, and the calls keep coming. So, what good does this message do? Now we really don't need help from California, especially not this kind of help; we have our own help in Ca***a, so could these folk please call people in California and leave us alone?
I just received a call from this number and was disconnected. I called my cc company right away to cancel the card and have a new one issued.
called my skype phone
caller ID 949-256-9185Who is this $3 health insurance provider? Why can't I talk with someone? How did this place get our business telephone number?
Called cell number 2 days in a row & left no message. I'm calling the FTC & filing a complaint from this number & 3 others that I have received in the past 2 weeks. On the FTC's website it states that making telemarketing calls to cell phones is prohibited by FTC regulations. Link: http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2005/04/dnc.shtm*FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers are barred from calling consumers on their cell phones without their consent. To file a complaint in English or Spanish (bilingual counselors are available to take complaints), or to get free information on any of 150 consumer topics, call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357), or use the complaint form at www.ftc.gov
949-256-9197 called me stating my warrantee was over and asking me to press one to talk to agent or press 2 to discontinue calls. they called on my cell and it is a cell number and they called numerous times. I don't know what it is about or if they are some sort of iden***y thieves working through the phone service when you call back.
Never, never, never answer these kind of calls! This phony "expired warranty" pitch is obviously some kind of phishing scam. Perhaps to steal our personal iden***y for purposes of iden***y theft? Somebody should track down these privacy invading, harassment fraudsters and neuter them.
Call on my cell phone 949-256-9116 - Do not know anyone from this area code and did not answer
call about car warranties. why would i trust my car to some scammers? waste my time.
I didn't answer since I didn't recognize their number (they called on my Cell phone line). I tried calling back later on my land line and got a message saying if you didn't want to be part of their "promotions" to hit "1" (I didn't - ***g up).Hint: If you don't recognize the number, never answer. Telemarketers will move on most times. If you answer even to cuss them out, they keep calling back.
How do I stop this kind of call?
You will notice, they avoid identifying who is calling. Get a name and address, and do***ent your case. In my case, it isn't practical at this time, but maybe some one out there can: SUE. Don't be surprised, they have been sued ***dreds of times already. You may want to ask around town, where ever they are located for a lawyer who has sued them before. You'll see a big smile. Be sure to ask for Punitive Damages, ( a Million Dollars sounds a proper amount, it may sound ridiculous. Why do you think, they call so many people :). They'll probably settle out of court for a ****n amount. If you Google : auto warranty telemarketer, they are acting illegally. Punitive damages are awarded for outrageous conduct. When it becomes uneconomical, they'll stop calling everyone in Ca***a & U.S.
Got the call today. I told them my most recent car was a Model T and that I only work on classic cars. Then proceeded to Rick Roll them. Hopefully this takes car of the problem
I used to get that car warranty call to my house in ca***a and now im gettim them on my cellphone so f***in annoying

I think it's an autodialer ma****e. If you call the number back there is a remove from call list option. Drove me crazy!!
Calls from this number are coming to my phone at work; usually they want to install a new Dish system. I've answered to ask if they are going to install the building from which I work? They **** up!
This is a phony car warranty scam. Don't answer.
They said it is a renewal for my truck warranty. They said there is no way to get them to stop calling
