Called cell number 2 days in a row & left no message. I'm calling the FTC & filing a complaint from this number & 3 others that I have received in the past 2 weeks. On the FTC's website it states that making telemarketing calls to cell phones is prohibited by FTC regulations.  Link: http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2005/04/dnc.shtm*FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers.
