You will notice, they avoid identifying who is calling.  Get a name and address, and do***ent your case. In my case, it isn't practical at this time, but maybe some one out there can: SUE. Don't be surprised, they have been sued ***dreds of times already. You may want to ask around town, where ever they are located for a lawyer who has sued them before. You'll see a big smile. Be sure to ask for Punitive Damages, ( a Million Dollars sounds  a proper amount, it may sound ridiculous. Why do  you think, they call so many people :).  They'll probably settle out of court for a ****n amount. If you Google : auto warranty telemarketer, they are acting illegally.  Punitive damages are awarded for  outrageous conduct.  When it becomes uneconomical, they'll stop calling everyone in Ca***a & U.S.

Factory warranty expiring on my car.......A***N!!!!!!!  I receive 10 calls a day from these people and so does my 12 year old son!  It's always a different number and every time I try to request being removed from their list, they **** up on me!   I feel like I'm being stalked.   SICK AND TIRED OF THEESE CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!
