Anonymous Calls noted as spam callers were not answered. No message was left. Other numbers similar with the same prefix were calling the days before and arked potential spam, too. Called from 559-514-8257 said to call back the 949 number and that they're doing a legal background check and that they have papers to serve me.

Some people are just professional debtrs. I pay my bills regardless

Called my daughter said I have 2 hours to respond or they will file their case against me. Ha!! Asked her to tell me to call them. They never called me!! Funny. I work for a law firm ! Not how you do this. Had a fake court docket number.

Call multiple family members number with a message about pending summons and background investigation about an capital one credit card due balance from 2018 funny part I never had cap one credit card. Scary part they actually told me my full SSN!

Claimed I needed to be served with legal do***ents. Asked me to specify a time frame for them to arrive. They tried to ask for money to avoid legal trials. definite scam

Stated they had court do***ents and needed to set up a time frame to receive them, it was an obvious scam from the get-go. I asked them to verify the address they had on file and it was an apartment I lived at more than 15 years ago lol

They left a message on my husband’s phone said they were looking for me and asked that I call them back at this number because they have a summons for me. Funny thing is, I work in the legal field and know how the legal process works and how service should be made on any individual. This was an obvious scam.

Urgent message from office retained for a pending summons and background investigation ordered against me and that they need an immediate response to the firm handling the file. If I don't respond today the do***ents will be file in the county of records and they "feel" they just will be dispatched to this property address and place of employment.

They left a message for me on someone else's phone and used my maiden name. They said something about a summons and filing something in the county of record if I did not respond. It was hard to make out the name of the company or exactly what they were filing.

Said they have paper to serve. Strange they called people i have not seen is years.

Anonymous They said I had some court do***ents to sign and that they were "mediators" between the client and lawyers, allegedly for Pennie insurance complaint. I do not have an active complaint against me nor have I initiate one against anyone else. Apparently, they are based in California.
