Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

I've been getting spam texts from this number with increasing frequency, opt out in the reply does not work and my carrier wants to charge me $5.00 a month for the option to block numbers.  Very irriated about this, and apparently there is little that can be done without shelling out more money
