Threatening me with unfounded legal action

yes this is a robocall. i have received many calls where my phone rings once and ****s up because they want me to call back and thats when they get you. i have blocked number on my phone but who knows if that works.

Calls and leaves no voicemail message. I never answer calls from numbers I don't know, so leave a message or don't bother calling.
