I too was trying to modify my loan through Quest Financial. My husband received info on them in the mail and was interested in calling them. At first I was hesitant but after talking with them and looking them up on the BBB site I felt they were legitimate. We gave them all our information and 2500.00 back in June. They were diligent in calling us on a regular basis to let us know we were still in review..well now it's October and have not spoken to them in a couple of weeks so I tried to call to see what was going on and all week long the lines are busy...including the fax#. I felt that it was strange that a business would have busy lines for so long. I tried calling the Operator to see if she could tell me that this business was out of business or just having problems with their phone. Oddly she could never get on the line to check it because their equipment was down. I think we've been scammed,I just don't want to believe that we were scammed. I hate that I wasn't able to see the wolves in sheep clothing cause I think I'm good at detecting BS.I guess these guys are really good! but more than the money I'm worried that they have all our information.Please tell me how long ago you were scammed? and have you taken any measures to try to get these people? Kris Bodner I received a phone call from this number today, 11/10/09 at about noon.  When I tried to call the number, I got several beeps and then the line went dead.
