Text says "Do you owe over $10,000 to the IRS? If you're employed, gov't program REDUCES BACK TAXES by 70 percent. Reply "IRS" for a free, private consultation." I have texted them back, asking them to stop and reported them on the National Do Not Call Registry site.

Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.
