Ya this number keeps sending me texts ...  I guess how do you block numbers.

Receive this same text more than once a month, on a phone that does not have free text, so every text costs me!! Also, this phone is on the national do-not-call list. Text says "Do you owe over $10,000 to the IRS? If you're employed, gov't program REDUCES BACK TAXES by 70 percent. Reply "IRS" for a free, private consultation." I have texted them back, asking them to stop and reported them on the National Do Not Call Registry site.
