The women who called me ***g up on me after I asked her name and where she was from. I then called back and a woman with the same exact voice/accent answered but with a different name. I questioned this and she said, “oh that was probably my coworker and acted as if she was going to transfer me it her. Instead, I was put on hold for a very long time. Eventually, I ***g up and called back a***n. Once a***n, a woman with the same exact voice answered the phone but with a different name. As soon as I said*****o”, she said “oh is this Jenna?” This Throughly confused me because while I was talking to what sounded like the same women each time, this woman was claiming to have a different name and therefor shouldn’t have answered the call as if she knew who I was. In any case, I wanted to know what the company was that she was working was why they were calling. It was a debt relief company out of Irvin Ca but she hesitated on giving me the actual address. I could actually hear her whispering to someone else while I was talking. She tried insisting I take an email address down instead. I pressed for the physical address until she told me that she would have to consult with her manager to see if that was okay to do. She then put me on hold for a bit before getting back on and in a very timid voice, she said “ Um… Jenna, my manager must be in another call because she is not answering”. Then there was a long pause. She made no effort to****ure me that either a manager would call me back nor did she tell me to call me back at a later time. It was so odd. I finally told her I would just call back at another time, to which she replied with “sure” and then ***g up. Bizarre.
