This is a scam. They claim to be the IRS and have a pending lawsuit on you. Do not provide any information. The IRS will not call you if there is a case they will send you written documentation via mail.

I do not believe them for one second. then the supervisor hung up on me when I confronted her and refused to listen to her garbage. Do not call them back as their is a possible scam to charge you $ 20.00 phone charge and another $20.00 International Phone charge and addional charges the longer they can keep you on the phone getting personal information from you. Do not answer their calls or speak to them . Block their phone numbers and delete their phone numbers from your Cell phone.

This series of call started with a free security installation hoax call. Thereafter I have been getting calls from weird numbers at weird times. When I call back on the number(s) it says that the number is not in service. R Solarmax Tech (http://solarmaxtech.com/), uses telemarketers that call with caller ID of 951-266-5504 which cannot be called back. While talking on the phone with the telemarketing agent, I spoke to Craig (Supervisor) on 8/27/13 he gave me their contractor’s number 972048 and their (real) call back number 951-300-0749. I told him I was on the DNC and to insure his company never calls my DNC numbers, to inform who they purchase the number from that I would be reporting. Whenever you get a call from a telemarketer, I always recommend getting their call back number, contractor license, location (address) and etc. before informing them that you are on the DNC. Otherwise they will hang up and your number will remain on their lists and sold to other telemarketers. In addition, file complains with BBB, social media and etc.
