Kansas lady ID says it is Arlanza family ctr but this is on their phone numbers and it is a non profit. the message is hard to understand at first but says it is officer Chris but sounds like a robot. Very strange

NEVER ANSWER ANY CALLS WHOM PHONE NUMBERS U DONT KNOW SOME HAVE REVERSE CHARGES WHEN U ANSWER MAKE SURE U CHECK YOUR CELL PHONE BILL FOR CHARGES !!!!!!
