He goes on dating websites gets women to fall in love with him and then gets them to send large sums of money to him telling THEM that he’s out of the country and he can’t get out because he lost his passport and money …..”I wanna be with you baby, so just send me money and I’ll be there.” And then he never shows up then he loses contact with them because he already has their money and he doesn’t need them anymore… and what are the names he goes by is Franklin

iPhone User VIOLATION OF FCC DO NOT CALL REGISTRY FRAUD/SCAM

He identified himself as Joffrey Adam Smith, Account Manager at Multicscapital and Securities America, Inc. He scammed me for $1,109601. I have reported him to SEC and about to report him to FTC.

Called and asked for someone who is not the owner of the number.
