he called me at my job, (the Treasury Department), insisted I was going to be charged with Federal Banking Regulations violations & check fraud collaterol & theft by deception.  Would not give info. regarding creditor who I "owed" or any information about the account.  Said he was representing Heartland ..., with Financial Accountability****ociation, and Federal Legislation of Unsecured LoansI became upset & cried uncontrollably, my friend picked up the phone and they were willing to talk to her instead of staing this was confidential.They would only accept cc or debit card, no Western Union as I offered, suggested going to Wal Mart to get a prepd debit card.

I was contacted by and Indian man who said his name was Dean Jones and that I was being sued for a loan that I had received. He knew my s.s. number, and family information. He became very angry when I stated that I believed he was being fraudulent and that I wanted him to send me the subpeona so that I could give it to my lawyer.

Received call today at my place of employment telling me they wanted my attorney information as I was being brought up on charges at 5:00 p.m. today.  Could barely understand the person that called!

I received a call from a Daniel Brown, at least 30 times today. He said the same as you all say. He also said a company called OCC contacted me by email, but I've never heard of them. They called from 810-676-161 on my cellphone so look out for that number also.

"Tim" (India or so****ing) called said to have my attorney call.. This is a complete scam because this is the 20th time i have received a voicemail from these people.
