Received calls from 951-543-9678 and 951-543-9794, both carrier's listed as Level 3, Communications LLC CA. No message left. This is the 1st time rec'd call on landline from 951-543-9678. Personally believe this is a part of a spamming process that is ongoing at this time.

Shiny Star I called back and it was Verizon wireless. They are calling to remind you to make a payment.

Office landline ****up voicemail at 12:22am.

Leaves no message, when you pick up, a mechanized voice says goodbye and the call ends.

Robocall claiming they weren't telemarketers, but didn't say what their intentions were. Said to call some toll free number. Most likely a scammer.

These are ALWAYS scams!! Everyone-you NEED to report this to the BBB, your state's attorney general's office, the Federal Trade commission and the FBI Internet fraud division!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is Dean Jones from the federal legislation of unsecure loans you are about to be arrested and lose your job if you dont pay us $845.35 by friday. This is a serious matter and we advise you to pay this amount in full or you will be arrested on your job.I was supposed to have sent a a notarized apology letter or i had to come out to court in California friday aug 28th 2009 and i live in Gadsden Al.This is not enough numbers.810-676-161

The caller continues to call my cell and office.  I asked them to provide the name of the company and fax number however; they will provide any information of what these calls pertain to.  I have attempted to understand the purpose of the calls and requested they stop but have not been successful in stopping the calls or understanding why they are calling.  There is a serious language barrier.

it's a scam!!! they called me 25 times yes****ay, and s****ed at 530am this morning. I wrote a complaint online to the FCC. They called my work as well. I guess they think they can intimidate you, they might get you to fall for it. I text them back and told them not to call my number. The final call I told them, that the next call they made to me I was taking my cell phone to the police. they stopped then.The one time I told them they was a scam, the guy laughed. I said, that if you cannot tell me wo you are, or WHAT creditor you claim to reperesent, then I have no business with you. This is a scam. Clearly the law says. no more than 3 calls a day, no calls before 8am, and no threats. This place will be shut down fast when they are caught.

he called me at my job, (the Treasury Department), insisted I was going to be charged with Federal Banking Regulations violations & check fraud collaterol & theft by deception.  Would not give info. regarding creditor who I "owed" or any information about the account.  Said he was representing Heartland ..., with Financial Accountability****ociation, and Federal Legislation of Unsecured LoansI became upset & cried uncontrollably, my friend picked up the phone and they were willing to talk to her instead of staing this was confidential.They would only accept cc or debit card, no Western Union as I offered, suggested going to Wal Mart to get a prepd debit card.
