Possible spammer. I'm a victim of Organized gang Stalking and electronic harassment. This phone number is used to harrass the victims. When I return the call, no answer, nor able to get through to anyone.

I get repeated calls from this number. The caller never says anything. If I call back the call ends around the 0:02 mark on the connection.

They left a vmail but the first half was cutoff. The vmail was just a generic automated message that said "Number is compromised and will be suspended today. Please contact your commissioner at 951-579-6596 "
