Just got a call from these people. Thank goodness they're fake. Thought I actually might've owed so****ing.

Thank you for the comment because I was beginning to think the same thing when I received a "collection" letter from them. I don't know how they got my information, but thank you because at least I'm not the only one who thinks that this is some kind of fraud.

I believe this is false collection because I don't owe anything to some Renaissance Radiology. I think they just make up stuff to pin on you. Also, I don't know how they even got my name.

Got a call from this number this a.m. Don't recall seeing it before. The voice mail sounds like some kind of bill collector, but doesn't give anything other than a call-back number and a reference number. I don't give out my cell phone, so not sure how they would have it.

THIS IS LVNV / AM CAPITAL calling my cell phone my parents home phone.  They put a recording on the phone telling ** to call back at a certain number to discuss the money I owe.  When they called my cell phone yes****ay I answered asked who is calling and "Dustin" was the answer I got from a smart a** guy.  I asked where did he get this number and he said he pulled it out of a hat...smart a**.  Wouldn't tell me who was calling.I am taking them to court.  They can't call my cell phone it is a new number and I didn't give them permission to call it.  You have to give permission in writting and I sure did not.

This number keeps calling plays a recording when you answer phone asking for ** says it is an urgent matter and ** is to call back at this number immediately  951-695-3372  the caller id shows it is Am Capital .  That is a colllection agency .  They are affiliated with CCS , Central Credit Services and can be affiliated with LVNV.  These are all collection agencys one gives the other authorization to collect what ever it is they SAY is owed, claiming that who they are trying to reach (**) owes them money, or have to resolve an unpaid debt. Such as ARS,  Associated Recovery Systems says LVNV has purchased the account from them (ARS) and ARS purchased the account from someone else, maybe the original creditor such as Shell, or from M-Shell that is NOT the original creditor.  And maybe from some one else it was purchased. In this case, none of the figures they claim is owed are the same, and none of it is owed.  You may  get letters from each one of these companies. They call constantly all day long and the calls are not even to the number of the person they want to reach.  They are calling family members phone numbers. THESE GUYS ARE [removed:lang]. I had an ambulance bill that was over due because I never GOT THE BILL.My kid had a seizure on his 1 year old b-day and went to the emergency room. SCARY AS*****.The driver at the scene did not get a current address, he could have looked at the curb in front of him, but instead they tried to mail it to a 10 year old address.When I called ACE to correct the problem they wanted to charge me $150 of interest on top of  a $400 bill. I told MAX that 40% interest sounds like a loan shark and not reasonable. He called me a 'dead beat' and said 'people who pay their bills' don't have these problems. After arguing with him for half an hour I called the ambulance company directly and paid them WITH NO INTEREST. They even apologized for not sending the bill to the correct address.THESE PEOPLE MAKE THEIR MONEY ON THE MISFORTUNE OF OTHERS.NO SOULS.

These guys claim they are a collection agency.  I tried to get information regarding iden***y theft and they had the receptionist misdirect me six times.   She transferred me to a guy named Max, extremely rude & curt, who claims he's the supervisor, no other person above him, no other owner/manager/supervisor that i could speak to.  When I requested more information regarding his company he ***g up on me twice.  I called back a total of 5 times (inclusive of their ****ups and misdirects) until finally some very irritated guy named Al Webb answered and said that I was harrassing him!!!!! Who is Al Webb if there is no other supvisor/manager?  When I reported to look them up on the BBB, he ***g up.There is so****ing very fraudulent going on here. BEWARE.

yeah, i think it is a harassment agency called capital one, that doesnt say what they are in their phone messages and attempts to mislead you. i think they want money but they dont have the decency to write a letter and say who you owe money to, instead giving lots of calls trying to make the appearance that they are some up and coming firm that wants you to invest money in them. ***** that kind of dishonesty. as far as i know i dont owe anyone s**t, and this is a slimeball company that refuses to remove your phone number from their list even if you call them to complain about their adverti*****ts.
