07/06/2016 11:25 am I answered phone, said*****o twice and was ***g up on. Called back twice and got a recording stating the number was no longer in service or disconnected. How can someone get away with using a disconnected number. There are other complaints online about this number. It is suspected spam/telemarketer, but I see it as harassment. Info I got was US Telepacific VoIP, Mira Loma, CA.
