I had a missed call from this number. I attempted to call it back, but received a "busy" signal each time. I called CPS (Child Protective Services) and DPSS (Department of Public Social Services) and both state that all of their numbers begin with 791- and not 766-. So, for now, I do not know who called. IF it's important, they will have to call back.

Yeah, they said "Call Joe Walker anytime" CPSD... health services or so****ing - I do not have a kid or a court case. I cannot call anyone back.

It's actually Child Support Service Department. You can't call back this number because it is an outgoing line.
