Automated outgoing telephone calls placed with the intent to threaten, harass and/or intimidate individuals into paying past due "Pay Day" loans or risk arrest by local law enforcement agencies. Moreover, automated recordings are intended to further victimize borrowers, and by doing so, have caused additional hardship, including, but not limited to, extreme emotional anguish and trauma to any and all parties answering said telephone calls.

mama2four I receive two calls per day from this number. Caller ID only shows "Riverside, CA." Other people have said it’s a company called Test Prep Services. If so, here is their website and contact page: http://testprepservices.org/about/contact-us/ When I called the number back the message stated that the number had been disconnected. I say "Hello" three times and no one ever speaks, they just **** up at that point. I filed a complaint with the FCC today since we are on the "Do NOT Call" list.
