Ramona Said it is a grant for 150 thousand dollars and if I send him 1500.00 dollars now I will have this today, I said I don't have this kind of cash, Negotiated down to 50$ over a few days. When I got him down to 50$ he said all i do is go to Walmart and buy an ITunes card and give him the conf number and the FedEx courier will deliver a box of cash to me equalling 150,000.00 today!!! What a scam!!!
