Anonymous Caller from a “service” agency named “Jonathan”. Called while I was at work. After being politely asked to call back after work hours, he responded with a chuckle as if mocking me, then stated that he “did not care if I was at work or not”. Whatever agency this man was from, is fraudulent clearly

Either a collection agency or telemarketer. Call is verifying that someone answers the phone. Maybe it would play a voice mail message if a live person didn't answer?
