calling my cell phone - when I answer - no one there!

well, they are VERY RUDE!!!  I have been paying them 61.00 per month for over a year-they take it out of my account. I think they ARE a law firm, but only handle over due debts.  Called them today for a balance & they are extremely rude.They told me I owe MORE money on another account.  Very questionable operation.

I think mine is from parking tickets because I got a letter from them in reference to it. They aren't even that old. Their message they leave is very non-descript. I guess they call themselves a law firm to scare you.

Just received a call.  My wife took it.  They were looking for my son who no longer lives here.  He can't think of any debt?  Recorded call press 1 if you are so and so and 2 if not.

I have been getting calls from this number too! They left a voicemail but it was silent on the other line. There was no one there. I just want them to stop calling!!! How do I get it to stop?

Getting calls from this number but when I answer it and said*****o twice, they just **** up! And you can just hear the person on the other side. I was curious on where this number came from so I googled it and found this site. Thanks for the info everyone.

Why would i pay anyone who is rude to me?

I have been call at 9:30 PM. from 9952 238 1100 the person on the line identified her self as beeig from a law firm she try to drill me about my house, cars etc and then proceed to tell me that she will take me to court for the money what I own to a doctor. The money are 285 dollar. After seeing that MD for 1 year and he collected from the insurance a lot of money my husband had 2 back surgery and he is in dissability pay by Medicare unable to work any longer.

What information would that be Claire?  The only thing a collection agency can do legally when contacting someone other than the debtor is verify address, phone number and/or place of employment.  They can not give the 3rd party any information on the debt or why they are looking for the debtor.  Sounds to me like you work for a bottom feeding collection agency.

They are a collection agency for medical/dental & legal collections. Technically & legally, they can call as many times as they would like. If you say "do not call me a***n" they are supposed to cease any further correspondence with you. That does not mean if they get a hold of your family & friend's phone numbers that they can't call them, because they can & any information they gather from those people can be used a***nst you.

This is group buys old, charged off debts for pennies per dollar. So anything they can get out of someone is profit.They have been calling me at work on a charged off debt that belonged to my deceased ex-husband. Talk about bottom feeders.....I will fax a cease & desist letter to them.

Called everyday, once a day.  Pre-recorded message left with a number, no other information.  So I called around 7PM EST and a man answered.  I informed him that he was calling my child's phone while she was at school.  He said that he was "looking for Mr. ________.  Did I know Mr. ________"I said No.  He said that he would take the number off the list.  It's a collector ... no doubt about it.

If they're a collection agency and not a law firm as shown Rose Law Firm, why do they call and leave their phone number and **** up with absolutely no information?  They don't leave their name, why they're calling of who they're calling?  Weird way to do business.

never leaves a message. When I call them a woman secretary picks up and says "Rose law firm - how can I help you?"problem is is that they are not a real law firm. its a collection agency...probably s***'s! low lifes!
