called me and said they are dcr and was very rude, I told them to lose my number and if they called a***n, I would file charges for harassment, then they ***g up on me, will keep record of everytime they call.

These people are rude and nasty, would not say why they were calling. Next time they call I will be rude and nasty. Stop calling my house. Do so****ing better than harass the americans.

After reading all these responses I can't believe any of you really think this is a legit company. IT'S NOT A COMPANY, ITS A RING OF SCAMMERS! My neighbor works for the Bureau of Investigations and she is now fully aware of not only this thread but also all their info. These ****s are going down hard. They called me apartment 3 weeks ago asking for someone that I had never heard of, i told them that but they kept asking me weird questions. I asked the guy if i could please speak to his supervisor, he ***g up. I called the number back but they answered the phone "home logistics, may i help you"? even though it said BCR on the caller id when he called the first time. I demanded to speak with the supervisor which is when the man called me a "little ****** ***king ******", as I sat there in shock he kept ranting then called me a "little ***got" before ****ing up. I am both black and *** but I'm not ****** BCR which is why I immediately contacted my local police dept. They came to my apt. an hour later to fill out the formal report because i am now in fear of BCR doing some ****** harm to me. Come to find out, they aren't even what they claim to be. How can I send a letter if I don't know their address or who they are.

These people are from a collection agency that is commonly used by AT and T. They are very rude and persistent. They do not listen if you tell them they have the wrong number. They have a web site as well. They use multiple numbers and different call centers. They will not give up no matter what you do and the periodically will call several times a day. So far I have been called by 15 different numbers from this group claiming that they are attempting to collect a debt. Once they have your number the best thing to do is to writre them a formal letter asking them to stop the calls and make sure you send it certified mail. After that legal action a***nst them is possible. I hope this helps.

I've had many calls recently from this same number.  The calls come it at various times to my home phone number, some as early as 7:30am.  Caller ID says it is "BCR".  They never leave a message.

Doesn't identify his company. Calls himself "Mr. So and So" and says that either me or my attorney needs to return his call. Typical scam.
