He's been callin me tellin me I owe him 697 dollars from delta. Said I had 10 days to pay him in full or a warrent will be out for my arrest and its a criminal charge? Should I worry about this?? I'm very confused

His name is Lee Roberts and works for a company in Minnetonka called CRCC. He is a class a loser! Don't even talk to him.

Report Mr Roberts to the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota. I reported him to my local police department as I took his remarks as threatening

L. Roberts is the person. Claims to be collecting on unpaid air freight for an airline company. First off. Debt collectors have to send you a written notice of the debt. Once you receive that you MUST respond back to them within 30 days of when you receive it stating whether or not it is your debt. If it is your debt any agreement that is settled MUST be in writing. If you do not owe the debt and it is not yours politely send them a drop dead note. DO NOT give any information much less your check, debt or credit card information over the phone to him. If he threatens you with physical harm or threats of ruining your credit he has already broken the law. At that point you can sue him personally. I would also suggest recording all phone calls from him. BTW, his number is out of Twin Cities, MN.

Called yelling.  Said he was Mr. Roberst and so****ing about collection agency.  Tried to explain he had wrong person.  Did not care.  Complete f*ing ****.

I just got a call from this number and it can't be a check collection company because I do not write bad checks.  This guy was rude and mean and ***g up on me.

Mr. Roberts will call several times a day but, who or whom he is trying to contact is unclear. He gives out NO information and expects you to tell him all of your information. He asks a question with a question but the content of the conversation never goes anywhere. Don't tell him anything.

Mr. "Russell" called. He gave me the individuals name he was looking for, but they were out of the office. Mr. "Russel" then proceeded to verbal insult me when i asked for his name, # and business. He said the name of the business is "J and K" and "suggest you stop f*cking around." I played nice. i asked him to repeat his info and thats when it got ****. Mr. "Russel" told me to "get a f*cking pen and a f*cking piece of paper and write the god**** # down." While writing down the number he proceed to insult my ability to write down his number while being screamed at. he said, "are you ******? i said the number 4 times!" (screaming) I stayed calm. and asked him one more time to repeat his info. that set him off. I'll spare you all the curse words, but this guy(s) are NASTY, CRUEL, AND INSULTING.  SCAM artist... HE ***G UP ON ME, A**H*LE!!!

a Mr. Roberts called and left a message stating he was from the legal department trying to verify my address. I called him back and did not give him any information about me. I asked him what company he was with and he said "I told you from the legal department." I told him "yeah, but I am not giving you any information until you tell me what company you are with." He ***g up on me. He then called me back private stating "don't worry about it ***ndy, I've verified your address." I told him he had the wrong address. He laughed said "yeah, right" and ***g up on me a***n.

This guy Robert called and said he worked for a lawyer asking for me verify my address. This guy thinks he slick...So I called him back and left a message to find another job and stop doing this to people. Robert, if you read this, do so****ing to help people instead of lying your way to make money. SHAME ON YOU! I will pray for you my brother! Don't let money be so****ing your no! GOD BLESS!

Caller ***g up explained will take of discrepency

Calls and says this is so and so and what is your address.  When you call the number back an answer ma****e pics up ans says thei is "Mr Robert", nothing more. He then calls back and says that this confirms who I am and that I better return his call or he will issue a warrent on my from Minnisota.  I do not know anyone there and have been receiving threats. I finally spoke to this individual and he wanted to know where I worked.

Was very rude and ***g up on me

very rude, called and left me a message few months ago, called Mr. Roberts back, he has not returned my call until today.  Asking for me by name and saying is this her, he then commented that he has now verified my name, phone and address and if I want to settle this account I have until Thursday to return his call.  He then ***g up, I called this number back and said I didn' appreciate his tone and that I would be more then happy to take care of this but needed to call him back as I was on appoitment with a client at work.  He a***n ***g up on me, I called him back, they must have caller id and immediately stated to me to not call back and that this account is going to court and they are taking further action.  Well how the heck is a peron suppose to make a payment or talk with them if they won't talk to you to find out who and what they are?  No idea the name of his company or letters in the mail of who they are?  Good luck in collecting, I have contacted the BBB about them and I believe the company who they are calling on behalf alerting them of the unprofessioalism, rudeness and threating calls when they won't let me speak.

I answered the call from 952-277-3526, the person on the other end asked for a certain person that I did not know, I told the caller he had the wrong number, he asked me "well who is this then" in a very snotty voice, and I was also told to NEVER give your name over the phone if you do not know who the caller is, so I told him he didn't need to know my name because he had the wrong number, he made a very mean remarks and ***g up, I called the number back and asked to speak to his supervisor, he would NOT let me speak with a supervisor, he kept saying really mean ****** stuff and ****ing up, I am so frustrated with these people calling my phone for the wrong person and acting like a child, I can't even report him because I cant get through to a supervisor or manager.

It is a check collection agency, trying to collect money.
