received call @ 9pm on personal cell number which is only given to work and family. have no idea who called and no message was left.  called consistently for 5 minutes!!

It's a Collection Agency, my name is listed in the white pages with my just initials S.L. their looking for a Sean and therefore make the connection. My name is not Sean. I have a home phone from ATT they make your number available for anyone who wants it, that was fine 20yrs ago before collection agencies decided to abuse the system. It's time to do away with the white pages, it's an invasion of privacy.

Got a call from this number - and they could not tell me how they got my number.  Said they were and "outsourcing" agency.  What on earth???
