JQP Recieved call about defaulted loan. Called number back talked with Abdul. Called next day for more information, but was told he stepped out for 30 mins. I called back a***n and recieved message saying the number is no longer in service. How do they do that? Does the phone company bow down to collection agancies?Or do they hack the phone system?

message was left to call this number, but caller ID showed 888-316-9530 which is a number reportedly used by Allied Interstate, a collection agency that you can Google and find out more about their not so nice behavior.
