Turn your answering ma****e off. Do not answer these calls let them ring. You have caller id to see who called if you miss someone. These are internet portal such as Skype possibly. They are a regional Indian cell phone number. sometimes if no one answer they will take you off one of lists your phone company or business you have done past sold them.
