Tim Johnson was caller, other numbers are 954-514-9287, 877-509-8366, 877-209-0065. Business also goes by Health Enrollment Center, American Healthcare Plans, Inc & E Healthcare. First name not registered with FL BBB, other two have "F", 17 combined complaints (16/1) not responded to from Jan-May 2011. Plan names may be Optum Health or multiplan.com. Current address is in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Plan info comes from Partners In Health Care/Tri-Resource Corp/Allied Veterans Advisors phone #920-968-0574 & 866-779-0054. They seem more helpful but do not respond either. Plan goes through yet other companies Heathcare Mediation/www.hcmediation.com and others not named. I cancelled the plan within the first 30 days because what was sold was not what I received, have not received a refund. Several attempts to check the status the last conversation was told she could not help me & threatened to **** up on me. Advise all to report to as many agencies as you can & to post online to warn others.
